My husband and I went on an Enduro adventure with Ecuador Bike Rental Sleipner, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. We were picked up right on time from our hotel in the city and brought to their base. Once there, we could change and got fully equipped — helmet, gloves, boots, protectors, everything we needed. We were riding KTM and Husqvarna Enduro bikes. The team made sure we both felt comfortable, even though we ride at different skill levels. My husband is more experienced, so the guides split the group. He could take some of the rocky and more technical trails, while I followed easier routes, and then we met again to continue together. We were out with three guides, all super friendly, patient, and professional. They really cared about safety but still made sure we had fun. We rode up into the mountains, enjoyed stunning views from the top, and then took some great trails back down. We even stopped for food together, which made the whole day feel very personal and relaxed. At one point, my husband also got to ride on a small motocross track, which he really enjoyed. For me, it was the perfect mix of adventure, nature, and feeling safe. If you want to explore Ecuador in a unique way and ride with people who truly know what they’re doing, I can absolutely recommend Ecuador Bike Rental Sleipner.

I was on the 3 worlds self guided tour. Sadly my bike of choice had a technical issue so the manager/owner gave me a choice of the 890 advR or a honda twin. Considering the KTM was closer to what I had originally booked, husky 901, and that the honda has the dct, I chose the KTM. I found the route planning to have quite long days in the saddle, but that is down to personal preference, and weather/ traffic. Weather and traffic was horrible the week I was out, torrential rain and landslides galore. But I came for an adventure and that's what I got. Sadly my bike had an issue on day 5, wouldn't start. EBR quickly rustled up a local guy to get a new battery, but that didn't work. The owner/manager was already on his way down to me with a replacement bike, so I stayed another night in a surfers paradise called Montañito. I have been stuck in far worse places :) Next morning he was there and gave me the option of riding with him or taking the replacement to Quito. As it would have meant a 10-12 hour day minimum to reach Quito I chose to ride in the car. We spent the day driving and chatting, and apart from "Gambitos" poor taste in vehicles he is a thoroughly nice man. Thean drove a total of some 26 hours to come and get me, that is dedication.

I rented a KTM 390 for two weeks and my route touched every major biome in Ecuador. This trip was, hands down, one of the best experiences of my entire life. The natural beauty was mind-blowing, the people were super friendly and outgoing, the hiking was incredible (and challenging), the food was amazing, the activities were fun, I could go on... If you don't have Ecuador on your list of countries to visit, and/or you are planning on exploring the country with anything but a motorcycle, you are seriously missing out. As for these guys, 5 stars is simply not enough. I have never in my life, anywhere else in the world, experienced such high quality customer service. The bike was in great condition (0 mechanical issues during my trip, which was 60% off-road) and included everything I needed and then some. They clearly know the area inside and out, have a robust network of contacts throughout the country, and the route they created for me included incredible riding and reflected a deep knowledge of the local terrain. Every time I had a question, needed help, or had a change of plans, they didn't just respond quickly, but with viable, effective solutions and recommendations. Their prices were very reasonable, and I thought I was just renting a motorcycle. I did not expect to have a full-service tour guide included on top of that! Cannot recommend EBR enough. They are awesome. You will have an amazing time!

I booked a last minute custom tour with Sleipner and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. So so good, cannot recommend it highly enough. First up the bikes, I was riding a KTM 890R which was an absolutely fantastic machine. Really well maintained and ran like a dream, and came complete with very high quality luggage to carry my things. There was a wide selection of equally well maintained machines from various manufacturers to suit all riders. Next up gear, since my trip was last minute I had to borrow everything. Everything was from high quality brands like alpinestars, LS2, Scorpion, KTM, with various sizing options etc. Everything was well maintained and clean. Most importantly, the people. My guide was Davos but I also interacted with Manuel and Stephanie, all of whom spoke perfect English and were extremely kind and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a smooth experience for me. I have to say Davos was an excellent guide, a very talented rider and he gave me some great coaching to get me comfortable with off roading (and tackling some of the Ecuadorean traffic)! I also found him to be extremely personable, generous and friendly and I really enjoyed getting to know him over the 2 days of our trip. I hope we have another opportunity to share a beer and a ride in the future (maybe not in that order)! For the actual tour, we rode pretty hard (as was my preference), covering ~700km in two days. We went to Cotopaxi, quilatoa, Baños (where we stayed overnight at a delightful hotel) and then back through the Amazon basin. Davos was full of interesting facts about the country and the landscape that he relayed to me via the cardo intercom system. Finally the country - wow. Ecuador is a stunning country with incredible landscapes, absolutely covered in beautiful sweeping roads, technically challenging off-road, exciting twisties and all the while set against jaw dropping scenery. I loved every second of this trip and I can’t recommend Davos and the company highly enough. I will certainly be back!

We had a great experience with Ecuador Bike Rental. We rented two adventure bikes for a self guided tour of 13 days through the Andes en Amazone. We had very good contact with Davos before our trip to make a personal route. The bikes were very modern and equipped with a lot of technology. The day before departure we had an off-road clinic on a dirt track, because we only had onroad biking experience. This was very good organised and very useful for our trip on the big bikes. We had a beautiful journey in a very special nation with friendly people and amazing nature.
