I've had excellent experiences in dealing with Scooter Team for repairs and maintenance of my scooter. As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to go for scooter maintenance, repair, parts, and accessories in Medellín.

The owner there is pretty awesome. Looks like a family oriented business. I bought a scooter there and help me do all the paperwork and he did all the repairs on the bike. Great price too. Oh and check out their coffee it's pretty amazing

The best SYM dealership, the sale is a unique experience, they make you feel very special, the workshop, one of the best, they give clear information about the processes and services provided to your scooter, clarifying all my doubts at the time of picking it up, my Nmax has never been better

Terrible customer service after purchasing the motorcycle. It leaves much to be desired. My wife wrote a review as constructive criticism, and this Mr. Juan responded via WhatsApp with a voice note, in a way that is unacceptable to treat a customer, calling us "the Snow White Generation," which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He then canceled our maintenance appointments. Fortunately, they are not the only dealership that offers SYM motorcycles in Medellín. We understand that you have a job and may not be able to respond to all the questions as you should, but please understand that the service you provide after the sale is crucial to the overall experience!

I'm giving it one star even though the motorcycle itself hasn't given me any problems so far. We're very disappointed with the after-sales service. At the time of the sale, everything was great. Everyone was happy and smiling. But then, when we needed assistance via WhatsApp, they didn't respond with the same friendliness they showed when they handed over the motorcycle. We noticed the same thing when we took the motorcycle in for servicing. I think they should at least have a more empathetic person handling customer service, both in the store and via WhatsApp. I see this complaint has been recurring for some time, and they're doing nothing about it.
