Sixt rent a car Puerto Montt Airport

We had a great experience with Sixt. Fast, easy and friendly pick up and drop off. No issues.

They took the reservation, but did not have a car available. However, they were still offering cars for the same dates online.

definitely don't recommend SIXT rental service in this location, I rented their car in last December, it took me almost half an hour on the counter when I pickup the car. in a further they told me there is small damage on the back which 10 days past after I returned the car, they have staff on site and did not inspect the car upon I return. then they charged me around 800 dollars on my credit card to repair, please avoid SIXT if possible.

It took longer to wait in line for my car than it took to fly from Santiago! Every customer has a reservation and an arrival time with flight number yet they cannot figure out the workload and staffing? Every other rental company at this airport processed their queue and this line has 5 behind me. True incompetance. Use another company and save hours of your vacation time.

NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! After having a flight delayed, I arrived to get the car we had reserved and they had simply CANCELLED THE RESERVATION! Three hours is what took this twisted people to cancel a reservation made weeks in advance, since we are travelling with kids! When confronted about where in the contract this was written, the completely unprepared staff just fell silent and tried to end the conversation. Incompetent, disgusting company! RUN AWAY FROM THEM
