Los Lagos was very helpful and kind! We had to make a last minute rental request, but they were extremely responsive and made the entire experience stress free. We rented a car for one way from Puerto Montt to Coyhaique. If you are thinking of doing the same (or just a normal rental in Puerto Montt) I highly recommend Los Lagos!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this car rental company and its representative Natalia. Being late with our arrangements we’d had an initial difficulty finding a reliable car from Puerto Montt to the Patagonia Lake District. Finally, through a personal referral, we were directed to Los Lagos Rent a Car and got a perfect vehicle in a great condition and at a very fair price. The car turned out to be very comfortable and super reliable, especially on some remote unpaved national park roads, which were part of our adventure. Natalia was available directly all that time making it easy to modify some details of the rent during our trip. Everything was very smooth and easy with this company from the beginning till end. We really appreciate their service, highly recommend.

We picked up our car from the airport with no trouble or wait and had all the correct paperwork to cross in to Argentina and back to Chile.We also dropped the car off in Santiago which was so much better for us.
