Blue Rent a Car Puerto Montt

Excellent service from start to finish! Reservation was a breeze, communicate via WhatsApp, docs & deposit, done. Super flexible drop off and pick up. I was spec'd an MG, but they upgraded me to a Nissan. We drove from PM around Lago Llanquihue over to Cochamó and then followed the coast all the way out to Punta Nao, over to Hornopirén, and down to Chaitén. The car handled great and we only used one tank of gas for the whole trip, refilled after getting the ferry all the way back from Chaitén to Puerto Montt. Would absolutely rent again when visiting that part of Chile!

Blue Rent a Car were great from start to finish. The communication was great and they always replied quickly to my queries. We changed our dates a couple of weeks before we arrived and this was no problem for them. In addition it is difficult to get insurance to cross into Argentina with the big multinational car hire companies but no problem with Blue Rent a Car. The documents were sent to us via WhatsApp and worked perfectly. On our day of arrival they were in contact with us a couple of hours before we arrived with clear instructions of where and how to meet. Finally the car was nearly new and easily the best of the three hire cars we have hired on this trip.

We had a great experience with Blue Rent a Car. The car was shown beforehand and was excellent, low mileage, CarPlay and comfortable. Pick-up was flexible and easy and speedy to arrange over WhatsApp. One of the best car rental experiences I had!

We rented a car for 3 weeks for the Carretera Austral and Crossed argentina down to El Cheltan. The guys organised the paperwork in a couple of days and sent everything through whatsapp. It was about $250USD for a 15 day permit or something like that. I printed the documents near the border and we crossed back and forth without a problem. The car was brand new and good for the Southern roads as some of them were pretty rough but we were worried cos it was in perfect condition but the toads were rough. I got a cracked windscreen and told them about it. They researched the price to be repaired and it was $240 USD. We thought we would get nothing of our deposit back because the car was so filthy and there are so many dirt roads. Anyway, we cleaned the car and returned it and they were very happy with it. We cleaned it pretty good at a self service car wash. We exchanged at the airport and we got all our deposit back except for the cost to replace windscreen. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend. Be prepared for lots of driving...

Best rental car I had in all South America. Very nice team, were able to meet every request I had. I really recommend you take a car from them you will not regret!
