We rented a Hyundai Tucson from their website. They gave us a brand-new vehicle, practically new. The process was very quick, but be sure to arrive at the agreed-upon time, as it seems the person who should be at reception also transports the vehicles from the airport. Because we arrived early, we had to wait. Finally, something that caught our attention was that along the way we saw several vehicles from other agencies using more "all-terrain" tires, while the Salfa rental had the typical city-oriented slick tires. It wasn't a problem at all, but I do think it would have reduced the likelihood of damaging the tire, either by cutting or puncturing it, since the others looked much thicker.
