I hired a 4x4 Rav 4 from R & D and I couldn’t be happier with the service and overall experience. The booking with Rocio was seamless and easy even allowing for my lack of Spanish. On arrival in Balmaceda I was immediately greeted by Hector who brought all my bags and equipment to collect the car a short drive away.Their cars are very well maintained and really clean. I experienced a small problem with my car and Hector collected the car and gave me a replacement immediately with little interruption to my holiday . He returned my car the next day so I was very impressed by the service. The car performed flawlessly after that. Extremely organized, responsive, and flexible. Our Hilux was in awesome condition and super clean when we picked it up. They helped us out with some other travel logistics that were by no means their responsibility, and they helped make sure everything went well and smooth for us.

5 star service! We were picked up at balmaceda airport and driven to their office where we sort out the paper works and pick up our rental car, it was a well maintained recent model hilux (2017 i think). Bond is a bit on the expensive side but i can understand why, considering how brutal patagonia can be! Everything was smooth as, our hilux was a dream to drive, Hector and his crew were fantastic and they are locally owned business. Would highly recommend them to anyone who fancies driving around patagonia.
