Probably the best car rental experience I've had in Chile so far. The car was waiting for us at the airport and we were on our way in a matter of minute. Returning it was even faster. The car was in perfect condition. It's not cheap but I won't look anywhere else next time I rent a car in Coyhaique.

We rented a Subaru Crosstrek for 14 days and everything went flawless! We communicate through Whatssapp. Upon arrival to Coyhaique airport the car was waiting for us , clean and almost brand new ! We had no issue ! Will definitely recommend! And we definitely come back !

Excellent experience! We got the car at the airport and we went all the way south to Villa O’Higgins. Eduardo was great with communication while I was in USA. He had everything ready by the time we got to Balmaceda. Very easy to return. I would definitely call Eduardo if I need to rent a car in the future.

We rented a Subaru Forrester 4x4 from Eduardo for our trip along the Caraterra Austral from Balmaceda to Cochrane. Ideal for 4 adults with our luggage. Comfortable, ideal size, and easy to drive. Booking was easy with conversations on WhatsApp, costs very reasonable and additional insurance available, and recommended, to cover tyres and windscreen damage. Unfortunately we suffered a puncture due to a damaged wheel and although we fitted the spare wheel, we were concerned about the drive back without a spare. Great support from Eduardo by WhatsApp on a Sunday and together we sorted a solution. Tyre cost was reimbursed on our return to Balmaceda. We also suffered a stone chip to the windscreen, but no issues on return. For anyone used to European cars, it is worth noting that in Chilie, not all cars have tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), so keep an eye on your tyres. Navigation was using our phones connected to by CarPlay Caraterra Austral was a great experience, met lots of friendly and helpful people, drove hundreds of kilometres of challenging terrain in remote areas with stunning scenery. I strongly recommend Eduardo, Patagonia Rent and the Subaru Forrester.

We rented a Suzuki Jimny 5-door with a roof tent and kitchen kit — everything was included and absolutely perfect! The car and equipment were in excellent condition, and we had everything we needed for our trip. Eduardo, the owner, is super friendly and very professional. Excellent service all around — highly recommended!
