Croozy Scooters Motorcycle & bike Rental

Rented a 200cc dual sport from Marco for 2 days and rode the loop down to Comitan and El Chiflon then back up which was over 200km. Bike ran great and didn't need to add gas until I returned the bike. Marco is very professional but also friendly and has lots of good advice and knowledge of the area. The renting process is a little more formal than what you'll see in most of Mexico but he does it to make sure you have the proper paperwork if you have any run-ins with the police. The address on google maps is incorrect, just whatsapp message the number provided by google maps and Marco will respond quick!

Me and my girfriend did two tours with Marco of Croozy Scooters. First was a nice bike ride to Chamula, pretty tiring climb, but through beautiful landscape. Owner shared lots of knowledge about the local culture and people, which added so much to the experience. For the second ride we got a car transfer to altitude so we could mostly descend during the day. We went to ride to Cruzton, Mamut, Arcotete and Montetik, visited a rarely visited sacred cave, and saw other fascinating landscapes and stuff. Fantastic day on the bike. The bikes themselves were also top notch. Would definitely recommend to rent bikes or book a tour with Croozy Scooters.

We had the best day ever in Chiapas exploring maya towns, drinking posh, riding through the mountains and becoming expert scooter/motorbike drivers! Marco was amazing - we messaged him very last minute to organise an afternoon tour and he was quick to respond and arrange an incredible day! Despite the low cloud cover and light rain, we had an amazing time. I can only imagine how good the view from the mountains we rode through would be on a clear day!! Thanks Marco for being such a patient, accommodating and fantastic guide - 10/10 recommend!!

Had a great two days on the Hero Xpulse 200 and did more than 550km. The seating position is the same as on a big adventure bike so it's surprisingly comfortable even though I'm 189cm. Yes it lacks power but I didn't really miss that because the maximum speed on most roads is 80km. I wouldn't want to be on a more powerful bike with all those "hidden" speedbumps, some are very difficult to spot behind a visor. On the other hand it's very light which makes it very economical and also very fun offroad! Everything went smooth and I would definitely recommend renting a bike with Marco.

I had a very bad customer experience with this motorcycle rental and would strongly recommend avoiding them. From the start, communication was extremely frustrating. I asked multiple basic questions and most were simply ignored. Later I was told they only deal with appointments, which was never clearly communicated upfront. They also require an excessive amount of identification — even for Mexican nationals, at least three different IDs — which feels unreasonable compared to other rentals in the area. On top of that, their prices are the most expensive in the area, with no added value to justify the cost. What really sealed it for me was a friend’s experience: after returning the motorcycle, they attempted to charge him for scratches that were already there. He had a video taken before the rental, and even then they refused to properly review it. That alone is a huge red flag. Overall, poor communication, rigid policies, overpriced rentals, and questionable practices. There are much better and more transparent options nearby. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
