Impeccable. The cars are perfect, the price is great, and the service is unbeatable. No matter how many times you have to postpone or reschedule the car drop-off due to flight changes, they're always ready to sort everything out in minutes. Last time, they spontaneously gave me a ride to the terminal after I returned the car. That's excellence.

The car we rented from Hertz bariloche just stopped working outside villa la angostura. Sebastian came to meet us, helped us get the car started, took us back to the villa la angostura and gave us a replacement car. He was so nice and helpful, also got my wife a cup of coffee from the place next door as he said "for our car trouble". Such a great employee.

Excellent service from the staff and the car was in perfect condition. I was able to drive through La Angostura, Traful, and Bariloche in a Fiat Cronos without any problems. Highly recommended.

Initially, the service was good; the person who helped us was very friendly and explained everything. On the first day, we had the misfortune of getting a flat tire (common in these parts). When I went to change the tire in the rain, I noticed the spare wouldn't fit because it was from another car. I had to put the other tire back on in the rain, inflate it, and slowly drive back to the hotel. The next day, we planned to go on an excursion at 7:30 a.m., but obviously, we couldn't because of this, since the shop doesn't open until 9:00 a.m., and we wouldn't have been able to get a solution until then. It was a huge waste of time, and of course, money, since we paid for all that time.

Terrible service. They were inflating one of the tires when I received it. I had to inflate it twice in four days. Calls went unanswered, and messages took hours to arrive. I only managed to exchange the car after driving all the way to San Martín to speak to someone in person. The only reason I'm writing this review is because they never cared about the customer's well-being, and given the company's popularity, they should offer better service.
