I rented a car from this company to support a smaller, local business and avoid multinationals like Avis and Hertz (the most well-known). It turns out that because they're small, they only pay the minimum insurance, and the deductible doesn't cover minor damage. So, I paid for the car, paid for the insurance (I had the misfortune of someone opening their door too hard and denting my rental car), and then had to pay for the repairs. I want to clarify that this has never happened to me with a rental car anywhere else in the world. That's why I don't recommend them. I recommend the more reputable and safer companies that ultimately pay for good insurance, and you don't have to worry about having to pay for a dent or any other minor damage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
