We are from the United States and need to use the translator app on our phones to communicate all but the basics in Spanish. We were lucky enough to meet Gabriela when we picked up our car. She spoke good English and provided excellent service. We extended our rental and again Gabriela was there to make it happen for us very easily. We know how lucky we were to get Gabriela's help and we greatly appreciate it. The car has worked out great but it's Gabriela's help we will remember. Thank you!

The vehicles are practically brand new, and all the staff are incredibly friendly! They didn't try to sell me any additional insurance; I chose to purchase it myself, they just offered advice! Quick pickup and delivery!

I rented two vehicles and the experience was excellent. I rented a Cronos because it was a great price and the car was in excellent condition. Check-in and check-out were quick and the service was very friendly. Also, one of my low-beam bulbs burned out, I went to the rental office and they replaced it in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended!
