Excellent service, very attentive staff, and excellent vehicle condition! We were able to explore and see many beautiful places. We will definitely choose them again for a future trip!

Excellent service from the staff and the instruction Agustín gave us on driving the automatic transmission vehicle (a quick, clear, and practical course). We visited Villa Pehuenia from Chapelco Airport without any problems. The service was good, the explanations were clear, and the vehicle (a Citroen C3 with automatic transmission) was safe and comfortable: tall and ideal for driving on roads where gravel and paved sections intersect. I highly recommend the Hertz office at Chapelco Airport: their enthusiasm and the quality of their service are remarkable. We will definitely use them again on our next visit.

Such friendly people. And efficient too. I made the mistake of using the kiosk in the luggage belt area thinking it would save me time. It didn't - I ended up having to queue at the outside kiosk anyway! But the service was brisk and we were on our way soon enough.

I tried to pick up a car on a 1000 USD reservation, but the Hertz payment platform wouldn't take my card and the staff didnt try to solve the problem with corporate. Had to go next door to a regional rental agency: card worked fine, and got a better quality car for the same price - clearly there system is a mess and the staff dont have the tools to solve problems.
