I rented a mid-size car, an Onix or similar. They gave me a Corsa Classic with 115,000 km. A wreck. I arrived at 9:00 and couldn't leave until 9:40. They served a customer who arrived after me first and gave him a brand new Onix... And they made me wait and gave me that clunker. And to top it off, the woman who helped me told me if I didn't like it, I could cancel the rental... When she knew I couldn't because I'd lose my money and my day trip. NEVER AGAIN

I had a confirmed reservation and they were going to show up at the airport with a sign with my name. They never showed up!!!

Touristenabzocke! Tourists getting cashed up at this company. You don't get any support they only trying to get your money!
