Responsive on whatsapp but best to go in person to discuss a rental. They accepted my EU license without problems. Decent and professional service overall. We ended up with a small stone chip on the windshield but they let it slide.

Very good experience with the company. The car was in a very good condition, we had no problem with it during our 10 days trip in Patagonia. Miguel and Emiliano were particularly kind, efficient and professional. They made sure we understood everything we needed to know regarding the car and our trip.

Had a great experience here! Very smooth communication, delivered car to me at airport and picked it up from there, gave helpful information for navigating in the area, and facilitated paperwork for crossing into Chile. Communication was great and car was in good condition. Driving in Patagonia opens up so much freedom and the good experience here really helped to make my trip enjoyable :)

We had a reservation with Enterprise that fell through because they lost our booking. We walked into this place to see if they had a car and we were lucky to take their last one at the time. Our total rental cost came out to less than our original one and the car was an excellent ride. They saved the trip for us and it was an easy, hassle free rental. We even elected to have it picked up at the airport to save us time for a small extra fee. He was right on time to retrieve the car at the airport. I would 100% rent from this company again and fully recommend them. It sucks when you get damage to the car, and we luckily didn’t, but he was very fair in his assessment upon returning the car. They are not into scamming you for a scratch that is already there. Excellent company.

If you have a damage, they're gonna scam you. How it works: The contract you're signing contains a list of prices each damage costs. They are also gonna charge you the days it takes to repair the damage. And here's the trick: Following the contract you're gonna pay 1,1% of the cars worth per day in which the car is in repair. ("Día de chapa", on the picture below) In my case that meant: Toyota Etios, worth 22'600'000.- Ars Days in repair (Dia de chapa) 1.1% = 248'600.- (per day!) x 3 days = 745'800.- In the end they took my whole deposit (950'000.- Ars) for a damaged fender (Guardabarros delantero, 2.5%). So I payed around 950'000.- while the actual damage was around 500'000.- In addition, the boys at the shop became really harsh and unfriendly only because I asked some questions about the contract. Note that the risk of stone hits or animal collisions are quiet high here. In my case it was a rabbit (while it was still dark at 6 a.m.). And they will take care that you're gonna pay the whole deposit for a minor damage.
We'll connect you with a trusted shop in El Calafate for their best rental price — no cost, no obligation.
