Always Rent a Car El Calafate

My experience with Always was Superb, I've rented in many parts of the world with different companies and never ever received such a service! Extremely helpful, thoughtful, proactive, friendly and trustworthy! Cristian attention was over the top and generated so much trust that I did not take any pictures to the car as it was almost as lending it from a friend. No hidden fees, no pushing to take expensive insurance, no obsession for observation and possible charges, nothing! I can't recommend this place enough, if you want a smooth road trip in Patagonia and peace of mind without paying excessively, you'd better choose ALWAYS in Calafate Airport!

Amazing service ! And few locations with automatic, with great prices. We wanted to add an extra day they went beyond good service accommodating us. The staff there was absolutely amazing. Even gave us a baby car seat free of charge. Thank you Matias !

If I could leave a negative I would. We waited an hour upon our arrival for someone to come to the office. The gentleman who came after us were helped with those car first, leaving us ladies in the cold for 20 minutes while they got settled. They charged me $700 for a deposit! Then NEVER told me about it!!!!! We had to wait 30 minutes upon returning the car. I never got a receipt that the deposit was returned. Still waiting!!! I will pay more and never use a third party website to rent a car again. I am one for supporting local businesses but, Go with the bigger companies that are international when traveling South America
