Very responsive and great service. Helpful whatsapp messages. The car was an Etios in great shape, worked perfectly.

We had a great experience here, we originally booked through a different company and due to us not speaking Spanish I booked at the wrong location and they were unable to help us but Patagonia rent pulled through last minute and was fast to deliver us a car to the airport, he was very very kind and helpful to us the car functioned appropriately, drop off went well, price was fair no last minute increases when we were clearly desperate and others may have taken advantage, he spoke English which was great for us and we’d 100% recommend and rent from them again!

Patagones offers a fantastic service. This is my third time with them and can’t recommend them enough. On all of my trips they were awesome, very responsive, and their employees are super professional. You won’t go wrong with them!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From my first enquiry with the company to the drop off, they were amazing. So quick to respond, the best price of many companies and made the pick up and drop off so easy. Unfortunately the car got broken into whilst we were hiking (a very common occurrence it turns out). We were able to keep the car until the end of the rental and were charged a very fair price for the fixing! This is definitely the kindest and most friendly company I have ever rented a car from. Thank you 🙏
