Guys, please note, when renting a car here, you have to ask carefully, otherwise when you arrive, there will be no car, it will be a waste of time and money to go to another place to rent a car because they don't keep the car for you. The accommodation said it was free, but in reality, when you arrive, they said it was full, you still have to pay extra to rent, but the price is also cheap, 4 people, 2 beds, 150k for one night, 1 dome bed for one night, 50k for one person to shower and wash. When there is a problem, the staff will still solve it for you, but it takes a bit of time and money.

The motorbike rental cost 180k/day. We arrived early so we got a free dorm room to rest until morning. We went to Ha Giang during the rainy season, and the shop said they were out of raincoats but didn't compensate us. When we asked, the staff said they didn't know. Unbelievable. They're supposed to be providing service but they don't know anything. Slow service. Private rooms cost 150k/room or 200k/room.
