4D3N Ha Giang Loop Tour was the highlight of our travel through Vietnam! The most amazing experience ever! ❤️ I cant believe the sights that we got to experience! We drove our own bike and joined the group and it was a great choice to do so. It was exhilarating, scary and so much fun!! ⚡️ Timmy; you are truly a great leader, very straight to the point and on top of everything when it comes to the tour❤️ we felt safe with you throughout those 4 days and wish you a lot of luck in Australia! 🇦🇺 Sai; Our guide, our spirit, our energy and our rider. You are truly one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life! I was sad and shed tears when I had to say goodbye to you at the end my friend! ❤️ You made us feel confident and re assured throughout the entire trip and stuck by our side through all the bumpy roads, Thank you for everything❤️

Amazing 4 days, easily the best of our entire trip. Had amazing guide Pao. Took us to small places the other tours didnt. Felt very safe the whole time with my easy rider. Went slow and steady wich was lovley since i am not to comfortable on a bike. Accomodation was really nice, clean. The best part, THE FOOD. Amazing.

We had the best time with driver Quang and Alex. We organized with QT via WhatsApp just a few days in advance, and they were very helpful and organized a trip suiting our needs. We had a private 6 days loop through Cao Bang region and to the Ban Gioc waterfall, Ba Be Lake and back to Ha Giang. We highly recommend this extended tour as you get to see so much more - more of the impressive nature, more local life, more wildlife and less turist influenced areas. Quang let the way and was an experienced and sweet leader. Alex full of energy, thoughtful and funny. In both heavy rain and burning sun we have enjoyed these 6 days! An experience of a lifetime.

Absolutely incredible. I did the 3 day Jeep tour and it was unreal. Quang was our driver. He’s super experienced, friendly and great to hang with. Saw heaps of gorgeous views and also a few waterfalls. All meals included and even a really nice boat cruise. Highly recommend.

Many positive reviews, but our experience was disastrous and DANGEROUS We were initially convinced by all the positive comments about this agency, but things did not go as expected. We joined a 4-day Easy Rider tour, and there were far too many people. My driver had an accident on the road. We were both injured. After waiting 40 minutes on the side of the road (with trucks speeding by and none of the staff doing anything to keep us safe) we were finally taken back to the agency (before being taken to a hospital!). There, we had to negotiate a refund for the tour we had already paid for, and it was very difficult. Once the refund was settled, we were basically pushed out. We received no help getting to the hospital. Everything was at our own expense. I do not recommend this company. If something happens to you (even when it’s caused by their driver), you will be left completely on your own, with no help and no support.
