Extremely friendly and professional. Rented 5 bikes for the group - they delivered them at our hotel in under 20mins after ordering. Bikes were in good condition. One of us broke the phone holder and they were super comprehensive - charged us only 50.000 VND for it so they could replace it. Overall very satisfied with their service - highly recommend.

Excellent service. Always available, good communication, they dropped the moped off right at the hotel and then picked it up. The bike itself is in good condition. To complete the rental, they only took a photo of my passport and asked me to leave my contact information in the contract.

Once I sent the request in watsapp, the lady promptly replied and informed about a free bike. The next morning the bike was near my hotel. Initially I wanted to rent a bike for 1 day only, but then I planned more travels and found more spots to visit, so first I asked for 1 more day rent and the next day for another day, every time I messaged her in watsapp and she confirmed via watsapp👍. Today I just messaged her, that I’m ready to return and they were here in 10 min and even took a picture of me on the bike. Extremely convinient, highly recommend. The price was 600k for 3 days, quite affordable.
