Car & Motorbike Rental in Ha Giang

We booked a 7-seater car for our trip to Ha Giang. The trip was wonderful and the driver was a very nice, enthusiastic, and thoughtful person. I would recommend this trip to anyone going as a family or a group of friends.

We booked a car for a week with Minh as our driver. He picked us up in Hanoi and we went to Sapa, did the Ha Giang Loop and on to the Ban Gioc waterfalls at the Chinese border. They gave us the itinerary/route based on our wishes and we booked the places we wanted to sleep ourselves. The trip was AMAZING and Minh was a great driver, spoke English and answered a lot of my curious questions 🤪 I would recommend this trip to anyone going as a family with kids.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. We worked with Alex to plan our trip. He knows English so was very helpful and responsive since my first inquiry many months before our actual trip in December. I used WhatsApp to communicate. Alex (Anh) was patience and informative, giving me a lot of confidence to reserve with them. And he seems to work all hours so responsiveness was great. We also hired their driver for our 3 day car tour of the loop. Hoan was professional and is a very skilled driver. Although roads can be very bumpy, windy, and too close for comfort, he truly knew how to handle them all. I really appreciate that he focused on driving and not distracted by phones. We speak Vietnamese so by the end, Hoàn felt like a younger brother. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in exploring the Ha Giang loop by car. They gave me comfort and pricing is competitive.

We transported 8 bicycles in boxes from the airport between Noi Bai Airport and Ha Giang using a 16-seater van, together with 8 people and our backpacks. During the 6-day Ha Giang Loop ride, we used the same vehicle as a support van while riding our MTBs. We communicated via WhatsApp during the reservation period. Although the local driver did not speak any English, communication was possible using Google Translate or through Mr. Minh. Loading all 8 bicycles in boxes was a bit tight and difficult, so one bike was taken out of its box and placed next to the door. When unpacking from the boxes, we partially removed the bicycle tires to load them. Please refer to the photos. The rental cost was cheaper than other companies, and communication via WhatsApp was smooth and friendly.

We came to Ha Giang as a group of 5 from Thailand and fortunately booked a car with Mr. Minh. He is super nice and helpful. He managed night bus back and forth to Hanoi, negotiated for upper seats for all of us. The driver was so keen to take us to all places in our lists and also took us to some waterfalls. Everything was perfect with mountainous scenery, good driver, and professional arrangement from Mr. Minh. We would like to recommend his car & motorbike services and you will never be disappointed.
