Ive rented scooters all over Thailand and this was the best one yet!! Scooters drive and look like brand new even with high milage. Got a flat tire, they changed the scooter within 15min witouth any dificultys and a smile on their face, at the end got full deposit back. If you're renting a scooter anywhere, it should defenetly be this place!

Peaceful rental spot for bikes. Cheapest we could find in Chiang rai. We did an advance reservation for the next day since the bike with the cc we wanted wasn't available that day. Next day we collected it paid deposit and on our return they inspected it and returned it to us. Gave us two free helmets one didn't have the visor for the passenger but when I asked they switched it out for me without any trouble. Was seamless and right near the bus stand. Highly recommend

Convenient location, direct adjacent to bus station. I got a new Honda Click 150cc for 250THB +2k deposit, strong throttle, good brakes, good tires. No issues. Visiting the Northern countryside and Mekong around the golden Triangle is 100% worth it.

I rented two Honda Click motorbikes on 17-18 January 2025. The experience was smoothly. The shopowner, a kind lady, also selling SIM cards for travelers. We explored several places around the city until it got dark. Unfortunately, one of the bike broke down in front of MG Car Dealer, about 4 km from the city center. The engine seemed fine, but it appeared the gearbox belt had worn out and broken. Fortunately, a security guard at MG Car Dealer assisted by calling the owner of Heng Heng Rental to explain our situation and exact location. In under 30 minutes, the lady sent a replacement bike and a tow truck to pick up the broken one. The next day, when we returned the bikes, the shopowner refunded the full deposit without any deductions, and they never blamed us for the incident. We didn’t force the bike, it was simply a matter of wear and tear. I was curious how the shopowner manages to survive in such a business, as the rental fees are minimal, but the risks are high. Still, I’m really impressed with their service. But, don’t take for granted. I know really well Thailand people, they can be very nice if you nice, and also can be very bad if you do bad to them. I highly recommend this shop to anyone planning a trip here. There’s no scam involved. They run their business with honesty and soft spoken. Plus, their shop is nearby the bus station. It’s easy for you to take and return the bike and hop on greenbus to get to other city. I sincerely hope their business becomes even more successful and continues to grow.
