Absolutely amazing service. Came highly recommended from the owner of our small hotel. Had an accident with the bike (my fault, not the bikes) and the owner was an absolute life saver. She helped us navigate what could have otherwise been a very scary and uncertain situation and ensured that we were treated fairly by the other party. Prices are very fair and you can rest assured that you are renting with someone with knowledge and integrity who will have your back if any issues come up. I would absolutely rent from here again and would give this shop 6 stars if I could.

We rented a scooter for two days at a fair price. The scooter was super comfortable and had plenty of storage space. Perfect for exploring Chiang Rai and the surrounding area. The owner was very friendly and gave us great advice on what to see in the city.

After my rental, I discovered that a GPS tracker had been installed and used to monitor the vehicle. I was not informed about this in advance and did not provide explicit consent. My understanding is that Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) generally requires transparency and consent when personal data is collected or processed. I found the situation concerning and would recommend that future renters clarify how their data and tracking information are handled before signing.
