Vanessa's motorbike hire

We’ve been renting this bike from Vanessa for three months now. We highly recommend this rental store for their reliable bikes, friendly attitude and excellent service. They even offer free check ups and maintenance for long term rental.

Since Mango was booked out during the high season, I chanced across this very easy-going and dependable lady running this humble home-based business, Mdm Wasana also known as Vanessa. I opted for a 2018/19 model Honda Click 150i without any major issue, and paid a very reasonable 2400thb for a week’s rental with an additional 2000thb deposit. Gotta take into account higher rental prices during the high season (Nov-Feb). I’ve always believed in doing things the right way, I took care of the bike like it was my own and in return she also returned me my deposit of 2000thb without any comprehensive checks, just based on trust. In fact, she had the 2000b in her hand as she was coming out of the shop. The entire rental process took not more than 15 minutes and return process not more than 5 minutes. No nickel-and-diming thuggish behaviour or anything close to that sort. Very much appreciated, ขอบคุณVanessa. Please give her a shot in favour of the larger companies like Mango (who by the way charge you for the phone holder).

This is very nice and friendly store for tourist. We rent a motorbike for 4 days, and really convenient to travel in Chiang Mei. Good choice and luck for us. If come back again, we will come here. See you next time.

Hired a scooter for the day, Vanessa was very friendly and helpful. Scooter worked perfectly and had a nice trip out to Chiang Dao caves via the elephant cafe. Perfect!
