What an awesome place to rent a motorcycle. The owner and his wife are super friendly and professional. We had a good chat before renting a bike and stayed in touch every now and again during our trip. We rented a CB500X for 8 days and got an awesome deal with a really reasonable deposit (with no passport). During our trip we had 0 problems with the bike and despite it being rainy season, we had no problem doing the Mae Hong Son loop thanks to the amazing ABS the bike has. As for equipment, the full face helmets were in great condition and the raincoats definitely helped us to stay dry! As a previous motorcycle shop owner, I can't recommend this place enough. Prices are by far cheaper than competitors in the city center and the service is a lot better. Customers are actually treated with respect here unlike many stuck up shop owners in the city. Thanks for everything guys, we are 100% happy with everything! Will definitely come back when we are next in Chiang Mai!

Literally just returned the CB500 I rented for a few days. What an amazing experience I had with UREI. Bike didnt cause me any issues. The owners were amazing to the point they even gave me some medication when I picked up the bike as I was feeling very unwell which was very kind of them. On returning the bike I pointed out a little damage that I had unfortunately caused fully expecting to pay for the damage however the owner was more than understanding and gave me my full deposit back with no issues. I feel like a lot of rental companies would have used that as an opportunity to keep my deposit but not UREI. Very trustworthy company that I can't recommend enough Thank you UREI!!

Can’t say it’s the best rental in town because I didn’t not test all the others and it’s not really in the center BUT must be one of them. Very serious and honest owner, he got multiple kind of bike that looks all in perfect shape. I had got a Yamaha Aerox 155, discounted at 350baht because I wanted a Click 150 but not available at the moment. It is Usually at 400baht but regarding the great condition and the service you get the prices can not be more fair to me. We went up to Mae wang river easily, it got up to Doi Suthep without any trouble so really satisfied by it. Clear contract, only 1000 baht for deposit, encouraging you to take picture and try the bike in the street before renting it, exchange whatsapp contacts in case of problem. Can trust 100%
