POP BIG BIKE RENTAL

We hired two Honda NX500s from Pop Big Bikes Chiang Mai, and honestly what an incredible experience! The bikes were in near new condition, immaculately maintained, and fitted with top quality tyres that made the entire ride feel smooth, safe and absolutely unforgettable. The included luggage, phone mounts were perfect and made our trip so much easier, felt comfortable placing my Samsung Zfold phone in the phone mount, not a problem 🥰 These guys know what they're doing everything is organised, professional, and truly rider focused. POP’s has absolutely got it sorted. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 stars! We can’t wait to come back, and we won’t be going anywhere else for bikes in Chiang Mai. Keep up the amazing work team! 🥰

Great variety of big bikes. Smooth dealing with POP Big Bike Rental. Contacted them and made a booking a months before my MHS loop adventure. Bike collection process was smooth, the helpful staff rectified minor problem (burnt turn indicator bulb) on the spot. I paid the deposit in cash as I didn't wish to leave my passport. Payment can be done with credit card. But i reckoned leaving the passport as deposit is safe as well. Bike was great, problem-free. My bike came with a sturdy handphone holder, no pannier box but the rear rack was great for securing my duffle bag. Return process was a breeze, cash deposit returned. The only thing I could nitpick is, perhaps a bike wash before customer collection as it was a bit dirty. That would've been wonderful. Nevertheless the whole experience was great. Will definitely rent from them again next trip back Chiang Mai! Truly recommended.

First of all Thanks alot to Pop. I had ton of fun in Chaing Mai. I rented 2 motorbikes for 15 days V-storm, CRF 300L. Well maintained by shop. Fair price for day pretty worth it. I drove over 3000Km nothing happened with bike there's no broke down or anything. I paid V-storm for 1800 bhats per day and CRF for 1000 bhats per day. For some who doesn't wanna pay for deposit y'll can leave passport I also did it. I recommends y'll to this rental shop. Service was pretty great, super friendly everyone can speak English. Matter fact they don't even bother you by sending messages to your WhatsApp when the return day is getting close. I just paid 1000 bhats when I had rented CRF for 6days, I paid when I came back. For the last I would like to say Thank you so much to Pop again.

Excellent service and an amazing selection! They have a huge variety of bikes that you won't find anywhere else. The staff is professional and knew exactly how to match us with the right motorcycle. The rental process is very fair - they accept a cash deposit and a passport photocopy (rather than holding the original). The return was quick and hassle-free, with no unnecessary headaches.
