Rented a Fino 125cc from them for a day. I was sceptical till the very last because I heard about numerous bike scams in Thailand, but they are genuine people. They explained all the rules like where to park, how to park, wearing helmet etc. when I took the bike, just follow them and drive slow and you will be fine. Also physical copy of INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENCE (IDP) is mandatory. The Fino125cc costed me 250baht for a day and they took my passport as security. Returning process also went fine, I made sure to return them full tank on time and they returned my passport. So you can rent bike from here, just remember to follow rules and return the bike full tank on time and bring your IDP with you.

I rented a fino for 2 weeks, excellent bike, has a phone holder plus full petrol. Bikes are new, and service is great. I gave 2,000 baht as deposit and I was able to negotiate a decent rate for 2 weeks. No problem in getting the deposit and my license back. Highly recommended!

At first I was suspicious as I haven't rented a bike for some time, but this rental shop exceeded my expectations. The renting is easy, the prices are fair and bikes are very new (only 1 year old). I didn't have to worry that something would break. Unfortunately we obviously got a flat tyre on our way to return the bike. As we were far from the city, we tried to solve the situation locally which eventually meant driving the bike back to the city in a pick up truck. The owner and his staff were in touch with us for the whole time, helping me to communicate with the locals in the countryside and also offering to pick us up if we can't resolve the issue. Eventually we returned the bike 2 hours after their closing time without any late fee and they didn't even charge us for the repair! On the contrary, we even got a little gift (dried fruits) for being their customers. I can't recommend this shop and its staff enough. If I rent a bike in Chiang Mai again, I coming here for sure. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Tried to hire a scooter here. Miserable lady 'greeted' me with "No bike today no bike tomorrow" barely looking up from her desk. I cheered myself up, by going through the days of the week in thai as she glared at me lol. My advise is go over the road to the friendly scooter hire shop, who also had no bikes but gave his whatsapp to try tomorrow.
