I rented a scooter here and had a good overall experience. One very convenient thing is that the staff can come and pick up the motorbike themselves, which saves a lot of time and hassle. The team is friendly and helpful, and the rental process was simple. They also offer a small discount in exchange for leaving a review, which is a nice bonus. Terrible service, no respect and no customer service at all. I would like to clarify that my review was not written because you did not provide a discount. The basis for my review is entirely different: after I stated that your service did not appear customer-oriented, your staff began recording me without my consent, which constitutes inappropriate conduct and a violation of my personal rights. I was in Chiang Mai in transit and had only four hours available. I was offered a rental rate that was 50 THB lower than the standard daily price, with the condition that returning the bike after 18:00 would incur an additional 100 THB fee. At the same time, your Google Maps listing clearly states 24-hour service, which reasonably creates the expectation that such restrictions would not apply. I explained my time limitations and asked politely whether any flexibility was possible. Instead of constructive communication, your staff repeatedly referred only to internal rules, which I acknowledged without disputing. I then noted that this approach was not customer-oriented. Following that remark, I was refused the rental entirely, and your staff began filming me. Recording a customer without consent and denying service immediately after a legitimate comment reflects a lack of professionalism and violates the basic standards of respectful customer service. For context: I travel extensively across Thailand and Southeast Asia and regularly rent motorbikes. I have often returned them at various times and have never encountered additional charges structured in this manner, nor have I experienced such treatment. This situation is unprecedented in my many years of travel in the region. Therefore, my review addresses not the pricing issue, but the inappropriate conduct of your staff, the refusal of service without valid grounds, and the non-consensual recording, all of which objectively indicate a poor level of service.
