Perfect bike we paid for a pcx 500 baht per day - sounds a bit much but if you go and have some luggage then it’s totally fine and especially when you do a longer tour to the mountains or the border with Myanmar

Excellent service. Came to our hotel to drop off and pick up the bike. Flexible with deposit method. Bike in excellent condition and full tank when you receive it. Great prices very happy!

Premium price for premium service and quality. Got the Honda Click 125cc for 350/day. The brakes and tyres were in top notch condition even with high mileage on the scooter. Ignition could use with a tune up though.

Very disappointing and poorly managed motorbike rental experience in Chiang Mai. I rented a motorbike for one day and had an early morning flight the next day. At no point during the rental was I informed that the bike could only be returned between 8am and 5.30pm. When we tried to return the bike at around 6pm, the shop was already closed and there were no instructions provided on what to do. Ironically, the owner runs a hotpot restaurant right next door. When I managed to call him, he simply asked his restaurant staff to accept the bike return, yet still charged us an additional 200 THB as if he had personally come down for a special arrangement. This felt unreasonable and unfair. What made things worse was the lack of communication. The owner shared his contact details with WhatsApp and Line icons, but messages and calls through these platforms were completely ignored. We were forced to make an international phone call to resolve the issue, which ended up costing us over 2000 THB. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Important rental conditions were not communicated upfront, customer support was unresponsive, and extra charges were imposed without justification. I would not recommend this shop to travelers, especially those with flights or tight schedules.
