Before handing over the keys, the owner recorded a detailed video of the scooter, which I found very professional and reassuring. I also really appreciated the helmet provided — it was a quality brand, clean, and clearly well maintained, unlike the cheap ones you sometimes get elsewhere. Overall, a reliable and professional rental service. I would definitely rent from them again.

I can't say enough good things about CityGlide. I was staying down the alley and happened to stop in on a whim and was very glad I did. Lucas was super friendly, professional and made the whole process very easy. A reasonable 2000 baht deposit and a copy of my passport and I was on my way. The bike was very well maintained and I expirenced absolutely no issues whatsoever with it. Overall I had a great expirence here and will recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike rental in Chiang Mai!

We comfortably visited, markets, cafés, and some hidden gems, enjoying the flexibility to travel at our own pace. During returning the scooter they came to our location to collect, and we almost emptied the fuel, but they were nice about that, didn’t put any pressure on us. Such nice and gentle behaviour.
