Amazing service and inventory- they are also open late which helped accommodate our needs! From the first time we reached out until the moment we left we received 5star service and support. The scooter was in excellent condition and operated perfectly. We even had the sweetest reception with the owner’s son learning to give great customer care and he served us tea and cookies.

Very happy with our experience at Chiang Mai Tour and Bike Rental. We rented two bicycles with two child seats for a very reasonable price, and the process was easy and smooth. The ladies in the shop were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though our children were quite in the way, they kept smiling and joking with them. They were also offered cookies and tea. We felt very welcome. We will definitely come back again. Kop kun ka!

This shop and the people who run it are awesome, very professional and easy to work with! Great communication (in English), and efficient. I rented bicycles and motor scooters, all were in excellent condition and each one comes with a phone holder. I’m VERY happy with their service and will rent from them the next time I’m in Chiang Mai!

Pickup was smooth and welcoming, we were greeted with tea, given a clear and friendly explanation, and then free to head out on our adventure. The next day, we easily exchanged the bikes for a scooter, which allowed us to continue exploring even further. The service was so thoughtful and helpful that we truly hope they can make many more people happy with great transportation in Chiang Mai.

Very disappointing and dangerous experience My experience with this rental shop was extremely poor and even dangerous. While riding, the chain guard wheel broke off when I shifted gears at an intersection. It got caught in the wheel, causing it to completely lock up. I couldn’t move at all and almost flipped over in the middle of the intersection. This could have ended very seriously. A chain guard does not simply break off on its own; this clearly points to poor maintenance or defective equipment. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner tried to blame me for the incident. Only when I understandably became upset about this unfair accusation did I receive my money back. I find it unacceptable that safety is not taken seriously and that customers are blamed for a technical failure. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting anything here.
