Rented a CB 300 R for two weeks. Everything went smoothly. Bikes are extremely well maintained and in tip top condition. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and extremely honest. No hassle or agro when I returned the bike. I did loose one of the vibration dampers from the steering and I made a small tear in the seat. They handled everything really fairly. They will also help you plan a route. Cash deposit instead of passport is a big plus. Definitely reccomended.

Great experience with Cat Motors bike rental. The service was clean and professional, the bikes were in good condition, and the prices were fair. Everything was straightforward and well organized. Overall, a reliable place with good bikes and good value — highly recommended! Just a heads up, don't use the preinstalled phone holder on the bikes, the vibration of the bike will break your phone camera (autofocus).

Excellent motorcycle rental service the staff were friendly, honest, and very cooperative. I returned the bike later than planned and they didn’t charge me extra which I really appreciated the helmet was clean, and the shop is highly organized and professional. We rented a motorbike from Cat Motors in Chiang Mai for our 4-day Mae Hong Son Loop and honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. From the very first contact, the communication was smooth, quick and super professional. Everything from booking to pickup was easy and well organized. We chose the GPX Drone 150i, and it turned out to be the perfect bike for this trip. The bike was in excellent condition (and so were the helmets), very well maintained and handled the mountain roads, endless curves and long riding days effortlessly. Powerful enough for climbs, stable in corners and comfortable for full-day rides - it made the entire loop feel safe and enjoyable. What really stood out was the top-level service at Cat Motors: friendly, honest and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about both their bikes and their customers. If you’re planning the Mae Hong Son Loop or any ride around Northern Thailand, Cat Motors is an excellent choice. We would rent here again without hesitation and can highly recommend them.
