I am extremely satisfied with our experience at BudgetCatcher. We have been traveling around Thailand for many months, and this is by far the best rental agency we have worked with. I only wish they had branches in every location in Thailand! We rented two scooters for about a month to complete the Mae Hong Son Loop. The bikes were in excellent condition and performed perfectly. We also received high-quality helmets that fit perfectly – something my partner usually struggles to find. Highlights: Online Booking: They have a great system for booking bikes online. Communication: Excellent contact via WhatsApp (rarely this good in Thailand). Service: The return process was hassle-free, and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Going the extra mile: They truly saved us when our bus to another city didn't show up. The staff took care of us and helped organize alternative transport. I am so grateful for their care and support during that stressful moment.❤️ Tip: I highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability during peak season.

Amazing Rental Service - The Best Choice for Thailand Travel! This is truly an excellent rental service, offering great prices and genuinely friendly service, which makes a huge difference. The deal they offer with unlimited kilometers is unbeatable—it gives you the freedom to go absolutely anywhere in Thailand without worrying about mileage caps. Their bikes are always in good condition. I initially rented a Fazzio and it was a superb, reliable bike for tackling the Mae Hong Son loop. Later, wanting more power, I switched to the Click 160, which was brand new, and decided to do the loop again. What an exciting experience that was on the more powerful bike! What really sets them apart is their support. If anything goes wrong, they are quick to try and fix it and offer you a very fair deal. Their customer service is truly top-tier. If you're planning any serious motorbike travel in Thailand, especially long loops or cross-country trips, this is the place to go!

All bikes are new and in good condition. The service is superb and staff is highly professional. We rented Yamaha Filano for 4 days and visited Mae Kampong Village and Chiang Rai. No fuss on return. They give full deposit back. Will rent again

I have rented scooters in many places and countries for long trips, and I can tell you for sure that this is the best company I have ever come across. I got an amazing Yamaha 125cc scooter with zero problems to travel all over Thailand for half a year (yes, 6 full months) in more than 50 cities in Thailand. The price per month was simply cheap, they are always available on WhatsApp for any questions, and you can also pay remotely at stores like 7/11 to extend the scooter rental for another month. When I returned the scooter, they welcomed me with a smile and on top of everything, they also offered to take me to the airport for free ! How lovely they are ! (Of course I left a tip for the driver, haha). My recommendation from experience: If you want to get a new scooter and travel in Thailand with peace of mind, look no further. This place is awesome !
