Excellent experience with Bikago Motorcycle Rental in Thailand. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The motorcycle was in outstanding condition, practically brand new, and very comfortable even on longer rides. While it may be a more premium priced rental company, the quality and reliability fully justify the cost. Pickup and drop off were easy and flexible, even at different locations. Without a doubt, the best motorcycle I have ridden in Thailand so far. Customer service 5/5. Highly recommended.

I rented a Honda ADV160 from Bikago for 6 days while riding around Chiang Mai, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The bike was in great condition—clean, well-maintained, and very smooth to ride, even for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and the whole rental process was straightforward with no hassle. They explained everything clearly and were very responsive when needed. Highly Recommended! ​I recently rented a scooter (Honda ADV 160) for my stay in Chiang Mai, and the entire process was outstanding, from delivery to collection. ​The scooter itself was impeccably maintained and felt very high quality. What I found particularly fair and professional: the staff member proactively pointed out existing minor scratches during the handover. This made the whole process transparent and straightforward. ​A minor issue with a helmet that was too large was handled immediately and proactively. The team offered to replace it with a correctly sized one and deliver it later that same day. Since our daily plan took us past the shop anyway, we were able to simply pick out a fitting helmet there – extremely flexible and customer-focused! ​Special Highlight: We used the Honda ADV 160 (with a top case) for a 3-day trip to Pai with two people. Despite the hilly and winding route, the scooter was extremely fuel-efficient and still had sufficient power for the climbs, even carrying two passengers. I rented a scooter from Bikago for 3 days during my stay in Chiang Mai, and it was an excellent choice that made my trip so much more enjoyable and flexible. The pickup at Chiang Mai Airport was incredibly convenient. The bike was delivered right there when I arrived, in really good condition, clean, and ready to go. It allowed me to start exploring immediately without any delays. Over the three days, I had some amazing experiences riding around the city, visiting temples, markets, and even venturing out on scenic roads. The freedom of having my own scooter was priceless. For the drop-off, I returned it at the airport before my flight. The parking location instructions were a bit confusing, and there wasn’t anyone there to collect it right away, so I had to leave the bike parked with the key as per their guidance (which worked out fine in the end). As a non-local traveler with a tight schedule, it would be even better if they could arrange a staffed collection at the exact same spot as pickup for smoother drop-offs. That small downside aside, everything else was top-notch. Great bike, easy process, and fantastic adventures. I highly recommend Bikago for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!
