I was in a motorcycle accident and scratched it, but the owner didn't try to charge me a lot of money. Appreciated it fairly. Also drove me to the airport. Great service! I recommend it!

We rented a nice Honda Click 160 for a reasonable daily rental fee and had a very pleasant experience with this company and the equipment. No issues at all. Recommended! 👍

After my first booking via Byklo using another provider was cancelled, my second one with Aiko motorbike was also eventually cancelled. Aiko asked me to cancel because they were not happy with the price Byklo was offering, a price they are supposed to ahve agreed on. whereas he could cancel the booking, he wanted me to do it, right after he first confirmed the booking, so Byklo does not know he did not provide what he committed. But I may also be penalyzed for cancelling a confirmed booking. Then, he tried to get the payment in cash whereas credit card payment is the rule on Byklo, claiming his agency has no card readers. All this cummincation is, of course, off the Byklo website via Whatsapp. Then he asked me if I was a renter !!! why such a question? When I finally managed to communicate with Byklo, they admitted that transparency is Key and that they will ensure in the furutre that the payment mode is clearly mentionned. Although some customers seem to be happy with ther service, my experience proved the opposite. I would therefore NOT recommend their services at all !!!
