I had a very disappointing experience. I rented a bike.its clutch plate got damaged in middle of forest unexpectedly, and I was left stranded. Since there was no proper support or assistance provided, I had to arrange a van myself and spend extra money just to carry the bike . This not only caused financial loss but also a lot of inconvenience. I expected better service and reliability, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory.
