Multi Motorbike Rental Service

We rented two XPulses for 2 months. We went to Manang, Muktinath, Ra Ra, and many other incredible places in Nepal. The price was good for a long rental. The bikes are well used but never let us down. One was leaking oil so we checked regularly and topped up as needed, and we also did a few service repairs along the way. The guys at Multi were really friendly, and no surprises when we returned the bikes, it was all good! Great experience, I recommend!!

I rented a RE 350 Bullet for almost 3 weeks, it was a great bike and i didnt have any problems with it. If i had have problems, i am sure the man in the shop would help, he was very good. I asked him for a rack and he put one on for me. I left my passport with him, its expected. You take photos and show the hotels the photos. they understand the passport gets left with the motorbike company. Its like that almost everywhere, incase you are surprised, as many in these reviews appear to be. I rode the bike hard, and all over the country, and he took it back without a blink of the eye, i hadnt crashed it, but had used it! All Good.

I almost never write a review but now I had to. Me and my friend rented a Royal Enfield motorcycle. After 90 minutes of driving the motorcycle shut down in the middle of the road! We manage to start again and again it shut down. We went to fill fuel to make sure. We fill full tank worth of 2200 rupee in addition to what we have paid and it still didn't start. We start it with kickstart once more and it shut down again and didn't start. We call the rent office and he laughted at us and told us we don't know how to drive and this is our fault. We also sent him videos and called in video chat. I have 3 years experience with motorcycles this is very basic knowledge to know when the battery is dead. Shame the guy who works there don't know how a dead battery sounds like. The worst services I ever got. Have to beg for a refund because "he had to take a texi to get the motorcycle". If you are looking for a motorcycle go for a different place.
