Very much poor service I am dissatisfied with the service I received today. I arrived at 9:00 AM, and my scooter was number 8 in the queue, but there was an unnecessary delay. Ms. Januka called to ask which parts needed changing, but when I asked how long the service would take, she replied, “Tapai lai thaha chaina?” which felt rude and unprofessional. She later gave inconsistent information, saying it might take until 4/5 PM. When I went to the workshop, I found that nothing had been done. After speaking with Mr. Raj, the assigned technician, I understood it was not his fault—the scooter had not reached him on time. The overall process was slow, unorganized, and lacked clear communication. I request improvement in customer handling and service management

Need to request staffs 🙏and beg 🙏 mechanic for major repairs, they set appointments for major repairs for other time, still I complied. My cone bearing was to be replaced many times, they used to bill me but it was not replaced. Very dissatisfied and scammed for past 3 years.
