This was so much fun! Bibash is an excellent and experienced tour guide with great knowledge about insights into and around Kathmandu. His focus on safety while managing the busy traffic of Kathmandu was superb. It was a pleasure spending the day with him and he was very flexible and comforting in the planning of our day. The motorcycles were in excellent condition. I’ll definitely book this again!

What a blast! After nearly a year of planning, I finally landed in Khatmandu, to be met by my private tour guide, Subasz Adhikari, and what a grand chap he turned out to be! The all inclusive trip was very well organised, with mostly excellent hotels and a reliable Honda CRF 250L motorcycle. We were joined by a higly experienced mechanic, Suraj Shrestha, on a trusty RE 350 Bullet. Travelled on some great roads, and as we climbed into the Upper Mustang, the tarmac finally ran out, and the riding became more challenging. Subasz took me to many ancient temples, fantastic viewing points, and some breathtaking suspension bridge rides. City traffic is an experience I'll never forget - it's not for the faint hearted! For what was included, the cost was extremely reasonable, and apart from the cost of beer, most things in Nepal are very affordable. I would highly recommend this company if you want to experience the real Nepal, and have a wonderful adventure - simply get in touch with Uttam Adhikari, and he will tailor any tour to your requirements.

Uttam: The Best Motorcycle Guide in Nepal. Period. This was my second trip with Uttam, and here is the truth. I would ride with him anywhere. No hesitation. No backup plan. He is that good. Most tour guides follow a script. Uttam does not. He leads. He adapts. He knows the land better than anyone I have met. He takes you beyond the tourist traps and shows you the real Nepal. Remote valleys. Cliffside trails. Rivers with no bridges. Places you do not find on travel blogs. When our original route changed due to events on the ground, Uttam made the call, pivoted the plan, and turned it into something amazing. That is leadership. That is why you want him in front when the road gets unpredictable. We rode through waterfalls, across sketchy ridgelines, into valleys where the clouds drop to eye level. These are real trails with real risk. But Uttam keeps it controlled. He rides with confidence, reads the terrain like a map, and knows how to keep the group moving and safe. If you are serious about motorcycle adventure, stop searching. Uttam is the guy. He has the experience, the instinct, and the calm energy you want on a trip like this. You will finish the ride with better skills, better stories, and a lifelong friend. I already booked once. Then I came back. And I will ride with him again.

In the beginning if november 2025 we are 2 riders meeting with Himalayan Eco Ride and Mr. Uttam in in Katmandu. Our goal for the trip was Upper Mustang. Uttam are the best guide i have ever experienced, he does all in his power to make sure that we will have the best experience possible during our trip. I can give my very best recommendation to Mr. Uttam to take you on a safe motorcycle ride in the Himalayas.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Himalayan Eco Ride — A Chaotic Start That Became an Unforgettable Journey I joined a motorcycle tour in Nepal last year with Himalayan Eco Ride, and although the trip didn’t go according to the original plan, it turned into one of the most memorable adventures of my life. We were supposed to head toward Everest, but civil unrest in Kathmandu forced a sudden change of plans. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with absolute professionalism. Under Uttam’s direction, we always felt safe. He knew exactly when to avoid large gatherings and how to navigate moments when we unexpectedly encountered them. His calm leadership made all the difference. Our quick pivot took us into the Mustang region, and it ended up being an incredible experience. The accommodations were comfortable, the food consistently great, and the scenery was breathtaking in every direction. Riding through Mustang felt like stepping into another world. What stood out most was the sense of belonging. We never felt like outsiders. We blended in with the locals, shared meals, shared laughs, and felt genuinely welcomed everywhere we went. Despite the unrest in Kathmandu, Nepal as a whole felt warm, open, and inviting. Himalayan Eco Ride, Uttam, and his crew handled every challenge with grace, skill, and genuine care. By the end of the trip, it felt less like a tour group and more like a family. If you’re considering a motorcycle adventure in Nepal, I highly recommend Himalayan Eco Ride. Even when the unexpected happens, they turn it into something unforgettable.
