Excellent service, would definitely recomend it! Rented a car with rooftop tent for 16 days. They delivered the car with all camping equipment to our hotel on time, picked up from our hotel.

I went with a 7 lake horse trek with TTR and in short my experience was nothing less than memorable and delightful. From the start Arthur was responsive in sharing the details and helping me understand what I am signing up for. We got on the call and he answered all my questions, concerns and gave some good suggestions to plan my trip. Our trip guide, Rolma was a kind and helpful. She and our driver made my trip comfortable in every way possible. They were like friends on a road trip. On last day, rest of the group was extending stay while I was on my way back so the trip company owner came to pick me up so that i can come on time to UB. What more can i ask for ? Unforgettable trip !! Highly recommended folks !

Our hosts put together an amazing cultural experience for our group. They were super friendly and fun and curated an experience that we’ll be reminiscing about for years to come. Ours is a well traveled group and this is probably top ten for all of us.

If you’re wondering why a company with access to 45 -50 cars have so few reviews/mentions online, please trust your guts. We tried our luck with them because other reputed companies were unavailable. We hired a car for 22 days at USD$3,500 and paid USD$1,500 deposit per their request. The car rental deal we agreed supposes to include all the camping gears, rescue services and tools free-of-charge. Somehow, they one-sided decided that we needed an “upgrade” and gave us a different car. Hence the previous agreement didn’t seem to exist anymore and we should start playing by their new rule. The car they gave us broke down completely on our 17th day of the trip and we were forced to stay in/around the car (a total waste of our last 5 days holiday). They ended up falsely accusing us of wrongdoings and demanded us to cover all the costs. They confiscated our deposit. Wen we tried to explain why we disagreed, they brought in a “translator”, the most disrespectful person I have ever met, to verbally threaten us. Very intimidating experience. Also, the staff who speaks fluent English was always unreachable and other staff would show up hours late after the said meeting time. Basically, they are OK to fail the commitment and the contract so avoid to do business with this company at all cost!
