Cheketours - motorcycle adventure tours in Mongolia.

We did an 11-day motorcycle trip in Mongolia with Cheketours – an outstanding experience! This is a family-run business led by Cheke and Claude, who provide personal attention, amazing service, and close support throughout the journey. Our guide was Kuslin, only 18 years old, yet incredibly responsible and attentive – she took care of every detail and made sure we were always safe and satisfied. We came back from this adventure full of life and energy – and we will definitely return for another trip with them! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine, professional, and unforgettable experience in Mongolia!

Rented Shineray 150 bike for 15 days during July. Service received from Cheketours was excellent like all the necessary information for my trip. I did round trip through Mongolia and across the Gobi desert. Total of 3300 kilometers on paved roads, grass, dirt roads, stones, sand, mud all kind of terains. The motorbike was in good condition, only minor adaptations were needed on the brakes. During my entire trip didn't have a single problem with bike, not even a flat tire. For those who are in doubt, this bike is quite sufficient for all off road adventures in Mongolia. Light, economic and durable.

Just dropped off my bike and I already want to do another tour with them. Amazing family-run business with incredibly caring crew. I booked things last minute, but they were very accommodating and helpful in preparing me for the trip. I was admittedly worried that joining a “guided tour group” would ruin the adventure but was quickly proven wrong. We had an absolute blast with our guide, Lena. She made sure we got the adventure we were here for whilst keeping us safe. The Shinerays are also very well-maintained and more than capable of tackling anything the backcountry throws at you. Only regret I have is not booking a longer trip. Will choose to work with them again in a heartbeat next time I’m in Mongolia.

One of the most memorable and fun trips I’ve ever done! The motorcycle tour with Cheke Tours was incredible – breathtaking landscapes, great bikes, and an outstanding guide who made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Riding through the steppe and sand was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We (2 Swiss) liked Mongolia, our Guide Lena on her bike and the rented Shinerey bikes. If you want longer roundtrips, camping or fair exchange rates you may consider other agencies. Details: we wanted a 15 Day roundtrip in different regions and got basicaly a duplication of the one and only shorter tour they offer- so we see many miles of tarmac, cities and landscape twice. Cheke offered in Dollar, we paid in Euro and got an unfair 300 Euro or 15% Addition. Gear: See pic- both ends of the dangerous expandable we got - Most attachments of the Sidebags missing, tent dirty - gear seems not cleaned or repaired. Guides dont like camping and have trouble to find nice a nice place away from roads. But absolutely no problem with the bikes and all well guided. Enjoy the Mongolian Tracks!
