Fangfang was really lovely and super helpful, she spoke good english so could answer all our questions. We got the bus direct to Da Nang, single beds which were pretty comfy (we both got a decent enough sleep), the bus had ac and was the perfect temp. We left at midnight and arrived in Da Nang at 1345 (15 mins early). Be prepared to spend 2 hours at border control & have cash to pay the officers (around $5 per person should be enough). There are charging ports on bus but no toilets.

I rented multiple motorbikes here over a 3wk period and everything went well. Bikes in acceptable condition, with one of the semi-automatics we did the thakhek loop (cant recommend though...) and the bike was suitable. When returning the bike early, I was given a refund for the unused remaining days. As deposit I left my ID card + 200$.

Second review for second scam ! Stay away from this shop. Owner rent scooter all mornings and then are using employees all afternoons for deflect the responsabilities when you give them back the scooters. Employees will ask you the price of a full day after when you give back the scooter by telling you it’s 24 hours rental and not day per day the problem is that the owner who rent you the scooter at the begenning don’t let you time to read the paper. Even if you read it well they will know and ask you for an another things like a small random scratch. Just go to an another shop and be clear with them on the conditions ask them if it’s day per day or 24h rental and always take videos. Have a good loop

Stay away from this company. The owner uses her employees to deflect all responsibility. We rented two scooters for four days. In the afternoon (one day before the agreed return date), we went to the company twice to buy tickets for a night bus. The scooters had already been inspected for scratches on site – nothing was found. Naturally, this was bad news for the owner. A very young employee told us that returning the scooters later wouldn't be a problem, as the bus would pick us up directly from the company at 9:00 PM. The scooters were actually due to be returned the following day at 9:30 AM. However, to appease the owner, we returned the scooters a day early, at 8:15 PM. Unfortunately, the conversation with the employee wasn't recorded. Despite this, we still had to pay 50,000 kip because the scooters were supposedly returned a day early. Another employee checked the scratches on the mopeds again and insisted on seeing the recorded videos – which, thankfully, we hadn't deleted yet. Communication between employees is nonexistent. If one person says something completely different… Do yourselves a favor and go to a Pokémon Go rental shop. You definitely won't experience anything like this there.

Booked the bus to Da nang with them because they are literally the only ones who offer it. The one man that works there does not give you the right information and will constantly ask you for more money. I initially bought my ticket three days before travel for 100,000 Kip more than advertised and when the day of my travel came I wanted to confirm my bus. He kept asking me for more and more money for different reasons such as the bus station needed it or he needed gas money or a service fee. This man single handedly made me feel that the situation was a scam only to find out the real reason for the fee increase was because of Tet. This made me feel so uncomfortable that I cancelled my initial ticket which I paid 950,000 for and they wanted me to rebook for 1,600,000 instead the next day. Left without choices they ended up letting me pay 1,180,000 all my remaining money because they knew I had no other alternative to have a private bed for the 16 hour journey but of course instead I had a shared bed with a random lady. Additionally, all the people who got on the same bus 6 hours earlier in Vientiane actually paid LESS than me. They paid 1 million. Ultimately, I did end up getting a direct bus to Danang but the whole experience sucked. The only thing I will give credit to is the lady in the shop was trying to be super helpful once she realized how majorly her coworker lied and messed up. But aside from that, if you can book the buses with anyone else I would. Just in the case of the bus to Danang they are your only choice. Please see attached screenshots of this guy constantly changing his reason for asking for more money.
