Rented a 125 scooter and had some laundry done - scooter was great, no fuss easy rent and return. No problem getting passport back, is it kept safe while you ride, it’s no problem. Laundry was very good, best in our 4 weeks in Laos so far.

I rented a motorbike during my trip to Luang Prabang and was very pleased with the experience. The rental process was quick and easy, requiring just a passport. The bikes are well-maintained and in great condition, which made exploring the city a breeze. Prices are reasonabl. The staff is friendly and gave good recommendations for places to visit. If you’re looking to explore Luang Prabang on a motorbike, this is a reliable choice!

Best rental in Luang Prabang. Bikes are in good shape. Not perfect but better than most I’ve tried in Laos. Was fine for me on multiple trips throughout northern Laos. Owner is honest and easygoing. Wish phone holders were included with rental price. I’ll continue to come here when I visit Laos as it’s predictable, honest, and convenient.

The best bike rental in Luang Prabang. Khamsone helped me plan my trip to Nong Khiaw. We also spent time discussing other routes. His knowledge is greatly appreciated. My bike was checked and prepared the day before. The bike ran perfectly. I left my extra luggage in his shop. I stayed several days in Nong Khiaw. Wonderful village on the Ou River. The village has great hikes, adventure tours, Kyak trips, and river trips. I wish I could have stayed longer. Whether you stay in L Prabang or plan a road trip this is the place to rent your bike.

SCAM! They took my passport and made me pay 160€ to get it back. I rented two bikes here to do the loop. I expressly asked to do the north loop with the bike, and they confirmed I could with a 125cc bike. I paid a higher price for it, around 9€ per day (you can find cheaper prices and better bikes in Luang Prabang). Anyway, after trying the bike for a day, I had to return it because the brakes weren't working well, and they knew it because they gave me another bike without objection. We continued with the bikes, and after seven days, when I give it back, they complained that one of the bikes didn't have good suspension. After riding on roads with a lot of holes, I'm surprised we could even get back to the shop. In the end, I paid after the owner screamed on the phone, "I know who you are; if you don't pay, I will go for you!" I'm sad leaving this review and how my trip ended after all. I hope no one else suffers the same.
