Bike Rentals Manali - Hire Bikes in Manali

Fantastic place, made sure the bikes were solid, swapped a tire we had questions about, oiled the chain and overall great place to rent A Himalayan from. If I’m lucky I’ll be able to come back Sunday and rent from them again.

I had a good experience with bike rentals Manali team. Anurag, Abhinav and other crew specially the Sardarji are good ppl to deal with. Bikes were thoroughly checked, extra spares were given. I recommend these guys. Thanks.

WORST EXPERIENCE ! PLEASE CHOOSE OTHER RENTALS BUT NOT THIS. We hired a bike from Manali to Shimla for a trip to Spiti for 7 days. The day we started we started facing a lot of issues from the bikes. Air Filter was dirty. Plug was Damaged. Side Mirrors were not actual. Payment lene k liye toh ekdum forward hai, advance mein sab le lete hai.. service provide krte time customer ki puri baja dete hai.. 900-1000 rupye toh hamare lag gaye the bike thik karwaane k.. Hum logo ne baaki riders ki help le le k jaise taise kaza pahunche.. har 3-4 kms baad bike apne aap rukk jaati thi.. race nahi leti thi.. When we had to give back the bike at Shimla, their staff was to reach shimla but he didnt turn up at time, we missed our 2 Buses to Jaipur and Delhi and even faced a loss of tickets because of the unprofessional behaviour. Their Staff abused my brother when he was asking the time of his arrival. Gaaliyan apne ghar mein apne bhai dosto ko de toh acha rahe customer ko doge toh ulte dus padengy. I would advise everyone not to choose BRM for bikes !! Completely Dissatisfied. Ruined a Good Relation between a Service Provider and Receiver. ! GUYS AVOID THIS RENTAL SERVICE PROVIDER !

Very rude staff, the service is really pathetic, the staff threatens to charge extra if delivered late by 5 mins. There are plenty shops in Manali who genuinely need customers and provide you with the bike you wish.. Update after the owners reply: The rude behaviour is clearly evident from the kind of reply you post. I request users to refer previous low rating replies as well which clearly portrays his sarcasm and demeaning the customer. There are two things here, first the way you speak to your customer and second how you try to justify it as a rule. I was really not interested to disclose any details but now I forcefully have to do it to justify your "one hour" here. Below is the sequence of events Around 12:10 PM - I collected the bike from the shop. 04:51 PM - Got a call regarding the booking. I confirmed that the bike will be returned by 07:30 - 08:00 PM. 08:04 PM - Got a call from staff. I told I am on the way and will be at the shop in 10-15 mins. The exact words were (translated to English) "now the time is 08:04 PM, I will wait till 08:14 PM and will close the shop next minute i.e. 08:15 PM. You will have to pay overnight charge if you come a minute late post that". 08:15 PM - Returned the bike I agree that I was late by mere 15 mins (08:00 PM is the time as per contract) and not an hour as quoted by you in reply. There is a way to talk to your customer on call if he is calling you out as sir (with due respect). Addressing your rude behaviour, I genuinely believe you need help with Customer relationship, either get yourself enrolled in one, or get a CRM consultant.

Every thing was good (bike, owner) but the thing that ruined my experience was the Helmet that was provided with the motorcycle by the mechanic working there . I asked him three times for another helmet but he said that they don't have any other helmet even when there were. Update: I am not even your client? Nice database. It's been just 3 days since we returned your bike and you are saying that I am not even your client.😂
