I rented a brand new Hunter 350 from these guys and was super happy with the bike. The service from start to finish was brilliant and the guys in the shop were all really friendly and gave us good tips on where to visit. Stupidly, I left my bag in Turtuk, miles away from where I was when I realised I didn't have it, and the owner of the shop picked it up for me and delivered it back to Leh, as he was heading that way on a tour. Top guys and great selection of bikes. Fully recommended 👌

Excellent service , and phunsuk ji had provided best quality bikes which did not cause any issues in our 5 day bike trip. Would definitely recommend everyone to get their bikes for rental.

Excellent Bike Rental Experience in Leh. I had a great experience renting a bike in Leh. The bikes were in very good condition, well-maintained, and perfect for the tough Ladakh terrain. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, including routes, fuel, and basic bike checks.

The best bike rental I know. Super friendly, kind, and they really do care. Great communication throughout. Maintenance is top notch, bikes are in great condition. I've rented here a few times, and it had always been fantastic experience.

Ladakhis are known to be nice and extremely friendly but the owner of this place was definitely all in all a bad character. I was supposed to rent their RE Hunter 350 on my second last day here. I went in the morning on 4/8/2025 around 11:30am and agreed with the price and time with their worker and told them I wanted to rent it for a day from the evening onwards as I was still using another bike. The worker told me ok and asked to come back in the evening to collect the bike. They didn’t ask for any downpayments beforehand and I even asked to test it before confirming but the worker just asked me to come and test it in the evening before renting it. I agreed and went about my day and when I returned in the evening around 4:30pm, the worker wasn’t there but the owner was and he told me the bike was rented out to another foreigner. Not only did they not keep their words, but this owner was rude to yell at me saying that you should pay first before booking while his worker was telling me otherwise. I had to run around town to look for another RE Hunter on my 2nd last day because these people couldn’t be professional enough to keep their promise. The reason I’m writing this review is to create awareness for those who want to rent out from this rude and arrogant owner. Please take note there are better bike rental shops in Leh with much more genuine workers and owners to rent from.
